Companies that are hiring foreigners must obtain foreign quota approval from the Local Centre of Approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Thus, assistance and guidance shall provided by Shinrai for Local or MNC Companies on applying and obtaining the said quota. Foreign employees are allowed to work with Malaysian companies operating in the agriculture, construction, manufacturing, plantation and services industries. We shall commence the recruiting process in the source country immediately upon receiving instruction from client and identify the potential candidates based on our client’s needs and requirement given.

Shinrai shall notify the client once the suitable candidates have been identified and the selection and interviewing process shall begin. Client may inform Shinrai for their preferred way of conducting the interviewing, either through online / virtual interview or having a physical interview session in the source country. For physical interview, flight ticket and accommodation in the source country shall be arranged by Shinrai.
